Above is the view of Mt. Olopawa from the master bedroom and deck. The rock wall in the foreground is one of the walls surrounding the house's manicured lawn. Below left is the lawn, with a glimpse of the private roadway. Below right are residents of the pasture and some of your neighbors.

Hana is primarily an agricultural community, producing a variety of products including tropical flowers, fruit, and cattle. The limited access to Hana has been partly responsible for keeping Hana unspoiled; there are no golfcourses, shopping malls, or traffic lights. Hana entertains its visitors with outdoor activities such as cave tours, kayak and mountain bike rentals, hiking, strolling, and beach-going. Or, you can just stay put at Hale O Pulelehua, and revel in the beauty and serenity of the view from the deck.
